Return Policy

Our returns policy lasts 7 days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We do not offer refunds, but you may be eligible for an exchange if you meet with any of the below criteria.


Change of Mind 
We handcraft all of our products to order, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.


Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take great care when packaging all orders so they arrive to you safely. In the unlikely event your goods arrived damaged or faulty, please email a photo of the damaged or faulty items and your details to hello@wabisabico.com.au. Our team will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange a solution.


Shipping
To return your product, please email us first at hello@wabisabico.com.au. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend that you return your goods via a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, to ensure safe and documented delivery.
